1.Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Dopamin Music Agency, including but not limited to Mixing, Mastering, Music Production, Ghost Production, Co-Production, Remixing, Workshops, Consulting, Critical Listening, and Demo Pitching.
By requesting or booking any service, the client accepts these Terms & Conditions.

2. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is formed once the client accepts an offer, makes a payment, or submits files for processing.
All offers are non-binding until confirmed in writing.

3. Services

We provide the following services:

• Mixing & Mastering

• Stem Mixing & Stem Mastering

• Full Production, Co-Production, Ghost Production

• Remix & Bootleg Production

• Consulting & Workshops

• Critical Listening & Label-Ready Checks

• Demo Pitching (A&R outreach)

The exact scope is defined in the individual offer.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are stated in Euros unless otherwise specified.
Payment must be made upfront (50–100% depending on the agreement).
Work begins only after payment has been received.
For full productions or ghost productions, a 50% deposit and 50% final payment may apply.

5. Client Files & Data

The client must provide all required audio files (stems, vocals, information) correctly and in usable format.
We are not responsible for corrupted, missing, or incomplete files.

6. Revisions

Unless otherwise agreed, each service includes 2 free revisions.
Additional revisions will be charged according to the project's workload.
Revisions must be requested within 14 days after delivery of the initial version.

7. Delivery Time

Delivery times are agreed individually.
Delays caused by illness, technical issues, or force majeure do not create liability claims.

8. Usage Rights & Credits

8.1 Mixing & Mastering

The client receives the right to commercially use the final audio.
We may list the project in our credits unless agreed otherwise.

8.2 Production / Co-Production

Usage rights depend on the selected model (Buyout or Co-Production).
Co-Producers must be credited accordingly.

8.3 Ghost Production

Ghost Production is delivered as an exclusive buyout.
The client is not required to credit us and assumes full responsibility for release and rights.

8.4 Remixes

For unofficial bootlegs, the client is responsible for managing copyright claims.

9. Demo Pitching Disclaimer

We pitch the client’s music to selected A&Rs and labels.
However, we provide no guarantee that:

• labels will respond,

• a track will be signed,

• a deal will be concluded.

We commit to professional outreach and transparent reporting.

10. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Services)

The client agrees that Dopamin Music Agency may begin work immediately after purchase.
Therefore, the statutory right of withdrawal for digital services expires once we start working, in accordance with EU consumer law.

11. Liability

We are only liable for damages resulting from gross negligence.
We are not liable for:

• data loss,

• copyright or sample issues caused by the client,

• label decisions or DSP platform behavior,

• subjective dissatisfaction with artistic results,

• technical issues beyond our control.

12. Confidentiality

All client projects, files, and data are treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties, except within the scope of the agreed demo pitching.

13. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

Austrian law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is the business location of Dopamin Music Agency.
If any clause of these Terms becomes invalid, the remaining clauses remain unaffected.
